- Customs declarations will be declared as 'Merchandise' and the full product purchase price declared.

- International Taxes, Duties, Regulations, Brokerage Fees, etc.

- Customer is responsible for any fees assessed by the local shipping carrier.

Returns & Replacements

You may return an unopened item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

 

- Returns are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the item's value or $5.00; whichever amount is greater.

- You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product either by email or telephone.

- The product must be sent back to us and postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of the product to be accepted.

- The 14 day period begins according to the UPS and USPS website tracking delivered date.

- You will be refunded your money back less your original shipping costs and cancellation fee.

- The item must be returned/received in the same condition as it was originally sent.

- Shipping costs to send the product back are the buyer's responsibility.

- Tracking is required, and insurance is recommended.

- Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason.

- If for any reason you receive the wrong item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item.

- We must be notified within 7 days if you receive an incorrect product.

- We will either provide a refund on the item or send you’re the correct item.

- In this case, we will refund the returned shipping fee.

 

If you receive a damaged item/package:

 

- We must be notified within 7 days if you receive a damaged product.

- We will either provide a refund on the item or send you’re the correct item.

- We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item).

- The buyer is required to send the item back when requested to start the refund process.

- We will refund the returned shipping fee if requested to be send back.

- Please keep the original shipping box as the carrier may want to pick it up.
